A flexible office planned for an urban infill site in Germaniastraße. This proposal draws from the industrial logic of Berlin’s historic warehouses, adapting this typology to meet the demands of a contemporary office building. A rational and lightweight technical framework provides clear spans and quality daylighting, generating highly flexible spaces that can be subdivided to accommodate tenant space requirements.
