Adaptive reuse of Admiralspalast, the iconic cabaret and fun house made famous during the roaring 20’s. Office spaces and additional mixed use program were are added to the existing theater, both in the technical space above, and in the courtyard. New building elements respond to the ornamental nature of the existing building through their structural exuberance, while at the same time allowing as much natural light to enter the spaces of the building as possible.
