A new start up campus in Berlin to host the growing entrepreneurial community in the central district of Mitte. The campus hosts several Berlin-based startups and international tech companies. Office units range from 200 m2 to 1,200 m2, a coffee shop and craft beer bar on the building’s ground floor as well as additional event spaces including a rooftop penthouse space with an attached terrace. Fourteen apartments on the campus’ upper floors are operated as a co-living concept for entrepreneurs and corporate employees visiting the City of Berlin.
